360 Club Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility:
The 360 Club Loyalty Program (the “Program”) is open to all clients of 360 Apartment Renovations. Participants must be legal entities or individuals aged 18 or older. The Program is intended for commercial use only.

2. Enrollment:
Enrollment in the Program is voluntary and begins upon acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Participants may enroll through our customer portal or by contacting our support team.

3. Earning Points:

Tier Points: Participants earn one (1) Tier Point for every one dollar ($1) spent on eligible services provided by 360 Apartment Renovations. Tier Points are used to determine the participant’s membership level within the Program and expire twelve (12) months from the date they are earned.

Reward Points: Participants earn one (1) Reward Point for every one dollar ($1) spent on eligible services. Reward Points do not expire and can be redeemed for rewards from the Program’s reward catalog.

4. Tier Levels:
The Program features multiple tier levels, each offering distinct benefits and rewards. Promotion to a higher tier level is based on the accumulation of Tier Points as specified in the Program materials.

5. Redemption of Points:
Reward Points may be redeemed for goods, services, and discounts as specified in the Program’s reward catalog. Redemption procedures are outlined in the customer portal and are subject to change. Points may be redeemed so long as the Account is in good standing with no overdue invoices exceeding a 30 day grace period beyond the invoice's due date.

6. Point Expiration:
Tier Points expire twelve (12) months from the date of accrual. Reward Points do not expire. Upon expiration, Tier Points will automatically be deducted from the participant’s account.

7. Account Information:
Participants are responsible for maintaining accurate and updated personal information in the customer portal. 360 Apartment Renovations is not responsible for errors or failures to earn or redeem points resulting from any incorrect or incomplete information.

8. Program Modifications and Termination:
360 Apartment Renovations reserves the right to modify any of the Terms and Conditions, including benefits and the rewards catalog, at any time without prior notice. If the Program is terminated, participants will be notified and given 30 days to redeem outstanding Reward Points unless otherwise specified in the termination notice.

9. General Conditions:
Participation in the Program is subject to compliance with these Terms and Conditions. Any abuse of the Program, failure to follow any terms of the Program, any misrepresentation or any conduct detrimental to the interests of 360 Apartment Renovations may subject participants to membership revocation and will affect eligibility for further participation in the Program.

10. Limitation of Liability:
360 Apartment Renovations will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from the participant’s use of the rewards earned through the Program, or for any harm or injury resulting from the participation in or failure to participate in the Program.

11. Governing Law:
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Texas.
