Peak chose 360 to take on the role of being their preferred turns and renovations partner in Texas due to its history with Peak's management team and strong industry reputation. Peak is looking at 360 to help identify and prioritize the scope of work needed for each home as it is turned/renovated for the next tenant. 360's experience of over 250+ homes renovated in the past two years is extremely valuable to Peak. By way of an interconnected organization working together rather than a typical client-vendor one, working as partners 360 is looking to dramatically accelerate the overall process yielding for investors a stronger return and for tenants and the Peak team a faster, more accommodating, and seamless move-in process.

The services will be performing for them includes Demolition, Plumbing, HVAC, Painting, Resurfacing bathtubs and vanities, replacing kitchen and bathroom countertops, Housekeeping, Carpet Restoration, and much more.
Also, we undertake upgrades and full rehabs where we can manage everything that is needed. We utilized licensed electrical technicians to address any electrical needs within a unit. We have a skilled staff of licensed plumbers, electrical techs, and professional partners that can take care of all flooring options including carpet, vinyl, wood floors, etc.
We will work very closely with our partner on a day-to-day basis helping make turns and renovations a breeze and continuously delivering exceptional customer service to them.
