We are very happy to announce a new feature we've recently added to our Customer Portal that allows our Customers to see directly from the portal when our crew is scheduled to arrive on a Job.
Appointments status
As you can see from the picture on the left, now in addition to making requests, viewing and approving quotes, and checking the status of invoices for work completed, you can also at a glance view when jobs are scheduled for (both past and future).
Appointment Details
In addition, after clicking on an any appointment, you can now see the services scheduled for that job at a glance. You can also see the name and a picture of all the crew members scheduled and add any notes / leave a message for any last minute changes you may wish to share with us.
