The 360 Apartment Renovations team continue to grow with the addition of staff to the Customer Service & Finance Teams!
Our recent additions to our Customer Service team include Stephanie Campbell and Sofia Quiroga. Here's a little background of each:
Stephanie: Stephie monitors daily progression of all service appointments to ensure on-time completion. She also manages urgent requests and emergencies. In addition she communicates and coordinates with client staff and contractors.
Sofia: Sofi schedules and optimizes service appointments to meet customer requirements. She also reviews completed work and finalizes for invoicing. Together with Stephie works with Dispatching on client escalations.
And here are our latest additions to our Finance Team with Camila Goñi and Ignacio Morandini. Here's a little background of each:
Camila: Camila joined us fresh out of college with a BS in Business Administration. She oversees our bookkeeping and works with our clients and vendors in order fulfillment and materials purchases.
Ignacio: Nacho joined us from the Disney Company with a lot of very valuable experience. He oversees the Finance organization including Financial Planning and Analysis, Budgeting, Accounting, and Tax compliance.
Some of you may already have had the pleasure of working with them but we didn't want to miss the opportunity to formally introduce you to them! We extend a very warm welcome to them and wish them much success in their new roles!
