We held an amazing training event with all of our Painting staff to discuss best practices, do's and don'ts and training of our new staff.
At 360 we offer unrivaled quality when it comes to painting. In order to improve quality and deliver great results, we organized a multi-day event with our experienced painters and new members.

We also trained our new staff on our proprietary Field Service Mobile App which drastically improves communication with our Customers and the Customer Service team. With our app, our field team can view their schedule, get driving direction, update the status of appointments, document before & after pictures, capture signatures, add services and comments, and much much more!
To sum it up, the training event was a huge success in helping our Painters understand the scope and expectations to continuously deliver exceptional value and quality to our clients.
